Supreme Court Decision

It is happiness time for Dr. Nowhera Shaik and her Heera Group as the High court has extended a substantial order for her. Earlier legal entities such as the Enforcement Directorate (ED) had raised serious settlement issues against Heera Group amounting to ₹450-₹600 crore. But the Supreme Court has said that such a large amount is no longer necessary as many of the properties belongs to Heera Group are still under attachment.

With this new decision in view, Dr. Nowhera Shaik has started the Heera group members supporters association (HGMSA). This committee will be of service to investors and rather seek to help resolve their disputes.
